SPANISH-SPEAKING ATTORNEY FOR DOCUMENT REVIEW

Start date:  January 23, 2012

Diamond Personnel is currently staffing an Italian language document review project beginning on JAN 27th.

Length of this review is unknown but it should last at least two months and is likely to go longer.

Anyone with FCPA experience would be a particular plus.

The pay rate will be $55/hr with time and a half for OT.

Business Development Executive

Overall Responsibility:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for the development of new relationships and maintenance of excellent client relationships. The Business Development Executive will also provide strategic direction to grow new revenues and foster the development of competitive end to end solutions to clients throughout the life cycle of the electronic discovery process.

Key areas of responsibility:

Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

*   Ongoing generation of assigned annual revenue targets through sales of the XLS Services within assigned territory. Services may include Electronic Data Discovery, Document Hosting, Consulting and other Professional Services.
*   Sales calls, customer meetings, presentations and demonstrations conducted with intention of new and repeat business from prospective and existing clients.
*   Ongoing assessment of industry trends, new technologies and services and applicable changes to regulations.
*   Work collaboratively with internal contracts, pricing team and counsel on pricing and contract terms; negotiate contract terms with client.
*   Ongoing analysis of competitor pricing and product portfolio.
*   Lead activities to close deals and finalize contracts.
*   Timely submission of sales reports as assigned.

Qualifications:

*   Bachelor’s degree or higher; JD Preferred.
*   Proven 3-5 years successful experience in sales and development of relationships within the Electronic Discovery business sector with a minimum of 3 years of continuous employment with the same eDiscovery vendor, law firm or solutions provider.
*   Proven experience in the area of legal consulting with regard to processes, solutions and key decision makers.

We are seeking a senior contracts administrator to work full-time for a 6 month engagement (February 1 through July 31) at a technology firm in the financial services industry in New York City.

The individual would be responsible for overseeing and processing contracts workflow, including preparing, negotiating, reviewing and tracking agreements.  Individual would regularly interface with in-house attorneys and sales staff.

Our client, a large New York law firm is currently seeking an IP Litigation Paralegal.Those qualified must have 10 plus years of complex IP litigation experience, including electronic court filing, managing large discovery requests and responses, creating and managing databases as well as imaging systems.
This position will also include supervising paralegal teams including out of town trial offices. Therefore, knowledge of trials in Federal court as well as the International Trade Commission is pertinent.The ideal candidate has worked on and managed cases from inception through trial/arbitration and has a high level of expertise using several litigation support applications.
A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. Flexibility to travel and work overtime is required.This is a permanent position and compensation will be contingent upon experience.

In-house legal department is looking for temporary attorneys to work on a wiretap review project in New City, NY. The attorneys will be responsible for listening to wiretap tapes for an ongoing criminal case and taking notes to report back to counsel. The pay rate will be $27 per hour.Must be licensed and in good standing.The project will take place in Rockland County, so you must have access to a vehicle.Will last several weeks, possibly longer.
